Oh hell yes people no more annoying faction lock to hold us back
So this means that at no-cp the "casual masses" (who always move to winning/most populated side that has the easiest pvdooring most times of the day) move their "mains" to AD for even bigger zergs and score gap and at CP campaign that is locked.. well, i guess they wait until last day and then switch to the winner of the nightcap vs morningwood alliance of choice.
Good times at Cyrodiil. I wish they would take score & rewards out of Cyrodiil so the whole game mode would keep its purpose.
And yes, i know most likely it will be so expensive and/or has a cooldown so cannot use often. And the comfort is, atleast on battlegrounds people canno switch teams in middle of a match.. so can do those, since Cyrodiil campaing is same as battleground match, it just lasts 30 days instead of 15 minutes - but switching teams makes score meaningless.
I want good action, nice battles 24/7 with as even populations as can.. utopia that is just a dream. While few really switch for the underdogs, majority of the casual hive mind people switch to 1 alliance where it is easiest to take all map, and that slowly drives away many of those who do not want to switch since they are just gate camped by 1 alliance.
Look what happened to no-cp when it was unlocked? See the score there? So much for people fighting for the underdog lol, people went to zerg on AD. Again, my point was proven immediately.
Cyrodiil is a laggy mess right now anyways, so bgs and IC is more fun. Allthough.. they have started to lag also after this "Performance Update".

Many PVP players will consider quitting over this(me included).
Alliance should never be allowed to be changed...
A meaningful decision, same as class choice.
This is one time choice for the benefit of one faction.

and you still can't play with your main there with friends from another alliance and that's why non-locked camps don't solve the issue4
