Is it normal for Support to take more than 2 days to get back at you?

Hello everyone! First of all, let me just start off by saying I am not complaining at all about anything in my message, I just want to seriously ask how long does it take, normally, for an issue to be resolved in the support section of eso's website. I've been waiting for 2 days now and I am not sure if there is any issue with what I'm asking for.
I'll leave the number of my ticket just in case somebody can help me with it: 200323-002423

afaik they respond fast-real fast,my issue was solved within 45 min (was about a mistake i made with a transaction)

in your case,maybe its more complex and like all others they work with less people
