Your DPS isnt using it because of the consecutive light attack change and also the meta pushing the set aside for a stronger no skill proc helm. and what skill does your tank need to take 20% off of to sustain? are you not good enough to have decent sustain as it is right now and NEEDDDD this set to play your build???

With as many resources coming in now with this LA change plus base recovery why would I need 20% reduce cost on skills plus who is willingly going to accept -520 weapon and spell dmg for it???? Change it back leave the set the same and see how it plays out in public access. This change wasnt needed even if it made HA super powerful its not like my 25-30k HA isnt already powerful enough lol

Once apon a time monster helms were powerful and unique now they are barely usable and dont add much to any build Q_Q sad sad times
Been usong the set since it was increase cost by 20% in pve, loved it more and used it more in both pvo and pve after they reduced the cost increased to 8%. Now they do this to my lighting fury, why? Nobody asked for it, just use a useless set like spawn of mephala.

..............-_- I forgot about warhorn......................my rage and anger has faltered ........................... But isnt there already 3 horns in rotation to keep 100% uptime? unless this is PvP focused then I can see it being interesting for ulti spam groups

I seriously doubt anyone will use a set that reduces your dmg and healing by that much, no matter how much cost reduction you get.

Molag kena takes 512 of your spell damage meaning that your effective spell damage will be affected the same, wheter you stack magicka or spell damage. A golden wepaon gives you 1335 spell damage meaning that the SD reduction will always fully afect you.

I think that is only if you stack spell dmg to be affected badly. My magblade stacks lots of magicka and its spell dmg is barely 2k. All my spells have a high tooltip.
