ESO website appears to be down?

I tested trying to go to multiple different pages on the main website, all of them result in 404 page not found. Tried on multiple browsers and over WiFi vs cell data. Same thing every time.

I'm trying to submit a ticket, and the page for it is blank (except for the Greymoor banner ad). So there might very well be something janky afoot.
