Its clear that this chapter isn't going to be just a Nord Chapter it might be set in Skyrim but by the looks of it we'll be getting new Breton focused content. The likely reason is they don't have much room for new Breton High Rock content other then the Isle of Balfiera or some other Island chain. This means they can't do much with them. However that does not mean they can't create new lore to include Bretons in an area that borders High Rock. The new cosmetic we got with the new crates not only matches what the Vampire Lord is wearing on its chest, it has a clear connection to High Rock Vampires and to the Iliac Bay Area. Its the exact same symbol only just worn on the forehead instead of the bare chest area.

Its clear the Vampires of Greymoor are Bretonish or Bretons. Its clear they are going for a mix of Breton and Nordic themes with the chapter and we will indeed be seeing this in the new chapter. There is to much evidence and Circumstance evidence for it.
Evidence for this.
They are returning the Ravenwatch a group of Good Aligned Vampires from High Rock.
The High Vampiric Head Dress matching the exact aesthetic theme of the Vampire Lord. With the lore behind it. The lore they added for it
During one of their infrequent moots, vampires of Iliac Bay honored their leaders with this haunting crownlet. Once adorned, they fed until only fellow vampires remained within screaming distance of the gathering.”—Nalana, Advisor to House Tamrith
The name of Greymoor plus obvious connections to the Gray Host and Dark Moor/Grey Moor more of a Breton themed name then a Nordic name.
The armor Aesthetic of the Greymoor Vampires shows a mix of elven and mannish concepts at least to me it looks like this plus a little bit of Skyrimish aesthetic likely for nostagia reasons into the mix. This is clearly early Breton by its appearance since Bretons are obviously a good choice for such an aesthetic given they are manmer. The descendants of Elves and Humans intermixing. It clearly has that intermixing blend feel to it.

The Hissing Vampire in the Trailer is clearly a Breton, I'm not sure about the enemy vampire lord. We will have to wait and see on that one however it could be he would likely be a breton or redguard. Maybe even a Nord but he will not be Lord Harkon as he won't be the bad guy in this chapter and possibly will not be showing up does not mean we won't see a few referances to him though.

So I do think its likely we will see heavy Nord Aestheic on the Surface but in Black Reach with the Vampire City. I think we will be seeing a heavily Breton/High Rock Aesthetic maybe more ancient and elvish given these vampires would be ancient. Possibly a bit of Dwemer added into the mix and a little Nord since it is Skyrim. The Greymoor chapter as a whole will probably be a mix theme of Nordic/Breton not a pure Nord one. While the Reach might be more Breton/Reachman and Nord. Its part of Skyrim but not controlled by Skyrim at this time. So it would actually be an independent Area and only part of Western Skyrim in name. But it will likely be controled by the Bretonish Reachmen so we will be seeing that. So as much as you guys think its a Skyrim Copy oh boy I think you guys might be in for a Surprise.
So if it is what I think it is and what the evidence I'm seeing to point towards this is and I'm right. What type of new Breton/Highrock content would you like to see here?
