Can I get the two recipes again on a char that already learned them? Only my main has access to Artaeum at the moment and I would prefer to fish up the recipes for the others if it's possible.

liadann✭✭I remember getting it with my main, but only reading it with my crafter. I did get another recipe but I can't remember if it was through fishing or the waterlogged psijic satchels bought in guild stores. It's account-bound on pick up but I don't think it stops you from getting more than one even if you already know the recipe.
I found this old thread where someone states they have a surplus of those recipes, so I'm guessing you can.

✭Yes you can. You can get as many as you can from fishing. I got three of each on one fishing character and spread them to my Crafters.2 -

liadann✭✭It improves the drop rate of rare fish, but I don't know about the bottles and satchels. Never tested it in those areas to see if it made a difference.PC | EU
