    Sorry. I did not lose any items before. I lost only 30 bank store. My high level (11) wizard cast a spell so she get all those 30 items and doubled our pet store. But nice try ^^

    So, the patch notes state that we should submit a petition if we lost bank slots and items. Considering like many others on these forms my previous petition had been marked as Solved/Closed. Unfortunately as of that moment (and still to this point obviously) that issue hasn't been resolved in my mind as I'm missing my bank slots and items. So based on those facts I decide I should submit another petition as the patch notes stated.

    Now in this petition I figured I might as well include the reference to my original petition, you know the one that you "Solved." So how did that translate to the ZOS support staff reading my petition? HOW ABOUT WE CLOSE YOUR NEW PETITION! I guess I just didn't get the message, because listing my first petition as solved didn't shut me up, so I'm sure at this point the are assuming if they close the new petition I might leave it be, but I still have not recovered my lost slots, money, resources or time.

    This is getting really old really fast. To say the handling of this situation by customer support and the communication around it has been downright terrible. If you don't want people to submit a petition based on your patch notes, don't put it in your patch notes! Better yet don't list their original petition as "Solved"... Don't make me waste more of my time when you are just going to immediately close the new petition I just opened per your patch notes the moment I submit it.

    Ticket 140417-098731 I saw items returned to my bank, my bank was full and currently is not so not sure if all were returned, but deposited gold and all my upgrade slots still missing. I used all my in-game gold to upgrade my bank, hoping to get that back.

    I get that this is new and game launch, I knew that going in, crashes are frustrating but I do understand, plagued quests same thing. My experience with Beta showed significant improvement each month in the closed Beta, less so when it was "open" but I am willing to suffer through the glitches. Not being able to restore someone whole, that is a game changer. After the nightmare with Skyrim and my PS3 (Which still doesn't work after all the patches). I am hoping this game I love so much will not break my heart the same way.

    I would LOVE some kind of official announcement or reply regarding this. Will we get our items back in a future patch, or will we not? If not, do we need to re-submit a ticket or not? Will we have to submit a list of items we lost or not? Will we get 'like' items back, or just a cash lump sum?
    Just SOMETHING to let those of us affected by this bug know that A) We are in fact being taken seriously, and B ) Let us know what to expect.

    This silence from Zenimax is what bugs me the most about all of this.

    I posted this in response to another thread:

    I just spoke with Daniel at ZOS CS, and he was very helpful and explained the situation relating to this issue and the asinine respose/"closed as duplicate" ticket:
    1. As the patch notes state, the patch doesn't actually restore any missing bank slots/lost items/lost deposited gold. What we're supposed to do is file another ticket.
    2. When the ticket is filed, the CS rep is supposed to forward the account info to a supervisor for review/verification. According to Daniel, the reason I received the "closed as duplicate" response is because the CS rep who fielded the ticket never bothered to "keep up" on current events, e.g., there's a patch today that addresses the issue and instructs us to submit new tickets. He apologized on behalf of the other CS rep.
    3. According to Daniel, and starting this evening, EDT, supervisors will begin the process of restoring lost bank slots, items and deposited gold.
    4. If we do not receive back what we lost within the next 2 days, Daniel suggests that we contact CS again.
    Anyways, that's the recap of my conversation with ZOS CS, FWIW.

    Was there any mention of what their plan is to compensate for so much lost time from
    1) the inventory mess this causes and how much time you spend swapping items back and forth between alts
    2) the amount of unscheduled downtime, extended downtime, etc?
    3) Maybe just a "we are really sorry about how rocky the launch has been and this is our way of making it up to you" as a show of good faith?

    Paul Sage spoke about this issue yesterday and said they believe this is a 'display issue' and that think 'the items are still there' (upgrades,gold,loot). This is good news, but I'm a little concerned that the day before this get's patched that they don't know *for sure*.

    Zenimax Customer Service, Thank you for escalating my Incident: 140413-109862. I understand from your patch notes that the "bank bug" has been fixed. Be advised that my bank slots and gold have not been restored, nor has the compensation I requested. I am not satisfied with customer service action as of 18 April 2014. I truly believe that a fair compensation in my circumstance is to open my bank and bags to the maximum. I await this resolution.

    Fellow players, let us discuss compensation. Personally I am happy with my bank and bag slots opened to the max, but from reading this thread in its entirety many of you should be seeking a lifetime sub.

    Read your incident email carefully, some say 168 hours and some say 168 days. Don't forget to reply to your incident emails every 168hrs or 7days, or they will consider you satisfied and close your ticket.

    My 90 slot bank was totally full when it went wrong. But I did not lose any items, cause the system give those items to my 1st and 2nd champion because they got enough free space in their inventory. So my items are in safe place. I store gold in the bank when I want to give it to another champion, so I did not lose gold too. Maybe I was lucky? No I lost those 30 bank slot, and I spended all of my money to the upgrade. When it happened I did not have enough space in my champions bag, and it costs about 3 hour to give the items to the right champion.

    My recent comment:
    I've had my bank slots and items erased twice prior to today's patch. The first time I lost 1k gold, 2 expansions (4.6k) and at least 20 associated items in the expanded slots.

    While these will not be restored (according to the patch), will I be compensated through gold or expanded slots? This puts me a serious disadvantage, particularly since the accumulation of gold lost is equivalent to many perks in game, including respecing a character at level 15.

    If there is to be no compensation, I would like
    1. a justification
    2. reasoning supporting your position so that future and current players may understand why this game developer is unable to guarantee stability and in the event that the development fails, they are unwilling to compensate the players suffering from this issue.

    NOTE: if they are genuine about a make-whole return of gold and items, great, but sooner would be better than later. IF not, this sounds a bit like, "thanks for your $15, we'll be sure to put your issue in a queue that never ends."

    Suggestions:
    - restore bank slots since the purchase should be in the record and most of us insta logged a report
    - get gold for items, at most probably 1 item = 400g for stack
    - give these people a freaking pet that does something cool (like helps find chests/resources; throws money away; says "all your bank are belong to me")
    - Give a legacy item to the afflicted commemorate the resolution of this issue, since development has been great about their item development. Would be great to have a special bag assignment that maxes bag slots and bank slots ...
    - Give me a life-time sub. I've never heard of a game that so cohesively undermind the confidence in a storage system.

    How is the name of my character even relevant to this issue? The bank affects all characters. There is such a huge disconnect on this issue no wonder it is taking forever to get resolved. They spend so much time going back and forth and it is just wasted.

    Well.. the Patch notes said to log a ticket with Customer Support. So.. I logged my third ticket with CS to get my 30 slots back.

    What do they do? Close the ticket telling me its being fixed in a patch. Ummm...

    Yea.. I know... LOL, but its not giving me my 30 missing slots back.

    My issue is marked as solved, and it is not. I was reduced from 90 to 60 bank spaces, lost 3600g from the bank, as well as an array of crafting materials. I have also submitted a reply on my current ticket after reading this thread.
