Need opinion - race for sorc

I'm looking to make a new sorcerer character, but one that could swap between stamina and magicka whenever I feel like.
I'm not looking for a hybrid. I want to make a sorc I could run effectively as mag when I want to, and as stam when I want to. Alcast's recommended races I'm seeing that match between the two are Dark Elf and Khajiit.
Which do you think would be best for swapping back and forth in this situation?

✭✭I respecced all my characters between stamina and magicka to fool around.
And all of them worked both in PvE and PvP.
The difference is really small like 1-2k dps overall
Between Altmer > Dunmer > Breton > Khajiit
So choose it from whichever perspective you like!

I am also thinking of doing the same for the next nightblade, but thinking of Khajiit in that instance.0 -
Cerotonin✭✭✭Like everyone else said, Dunmer is the better choice if you want the most of everything.
You don’t really need the resource recoveries from a Khajiit since you have Dark Deal/Conversion. Your damage, critical damage, healing, and critical healing is higher as a Dunmer. You’re also more resistant to fire, which could help you survive a tiny bit more.
Don’t feel bad for what you pick though. Either works fine.0 -

✭✭Dunmer or Khajiit would be the more optimal, but depending on what content you want to play, any can be viable.
Of those 2, Dunmer would be my choice.0 -

Overall I agree Dunmer is a bit better, for PvP I would go Khajiit.
Imperial is another option if you dislike both Khajiit and Dunmer.Grinding just make you go in circles.
