Can't log in due account suspension and no response for tickets

I posted a ticket #:200124-000530 a couple of days ago,
but since I haven't got any reply I decided to post another one
#:200126-003774.

Could you possibly take a look what's wrong with my account,
because I'd want to get some insight what's going on.

worst thing to do is submit multiple tickets as it send you to back of the queue, it can take a couple of weeks to get a response depending on how many tickets are in front of you, looking at your ticket numbers the last one dated the 26th has about 3773 ppl in front, just have to be patient

Yes, unfortunately I understand that now.

I just thought there would be some kind of email verification
that they've received the ticket. But since I got none, I posted
another one to be sure just in case I typoed my email or something.

But it seems there is no verification for the posted ticket.
