✭✭worst thing to do is submit multiple tickets as it send you to back of the queue, it can take a couple of weeks to get a response depending on how many tickets are in front of you, looking at your ticket numbers the last one dated the 26th has about 3773 ppl in front, just have to be patient0 -

that they've received the ticket. But since I got none, I posted
another one to be sure just in case I typoed my email or something.
