Is there a way to get event tickets refunded for the fake banners?

As per the discussion in https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/6570177#Comment_6570177, ZoS and the Impresario advertised alliance banners, but actually delivered something completely different. Is there a way to get our event tickets refunded if we bought them in reliance on the false advertising?

OK, I tried that, and got a message that I won't get a personal response, which doesn't seem to help with the title question of this thread. What do you conjecture I did wrong?

Choose the closest category, but not Feedback, that fits and allows you to get the ticket started.

I spent 50k ap to get the item to make the medallions into the banner I dont want a refund I want the alliances flag not that legion 0 thing can we at least get that
