It probably should, but all the in game assets they have ready for it call it Midyear mayhem, they probably consider just keeping that to be the lesser evil compared to extra work.

Not so long ago the Undaunted event was delayed because PC had issues, & that was, unquestionably, the fairest thing to do, delay until the issue had been fixed.
... PS4 has an issue, the same consideration should be given, so that the issue can be fixed, once & for all.

Almost like they know how poor their game performs and they don't want you to be able to plan in advance to attend. Maybe if Sony will receive massive spike of 'reports' (available after each bluscreen) form us poor PS4 players, they will not so politely ask zos to fix this ***. I doubt it, but hey a man can dream. Whole issue reminds me of HoM&M7 where you had to edit game files to set the RAM limit yourself because game just kept sucking it whole and then crash (amount of RAM was irrelevent it just kept eating it). There was a simple solution but devs didn't do this themselves...0 -

Your event page has been published on the 22nd of january and the event starts at january 23rd, thursday. But in my reality, thursday would be the 21st.
