Account permanently banned

Hello guys. I have recently submitted a ticket on my friend’s behalf regarding the permanent suspension of his account. It has been 4 days already and still no reply, so I decided to write here. I am sorry if I am impatient. The thing is that his account was permanently banned in game and on website for no reason and without explanation. He was doing the main quest, went to sleep and after 6 hours hi tried to log in and he is permanently banned. We don’t know what to think. Please help us to clarify and help us to get the account back. The ticket number is 200114-000790. Thanks in advance

    Now a days ıdk why they are reply to late. ı have ticket too ı got social ban and 6 day passed still no answer. Probly they under the workload.

    First off your "friend" needs to submit the ticket. There really is no reason for Zos to reply other than to say you friend needs to contact them.

    @ZOS_BillE please provide this person with the correct way to appeal ones suspension.

    Good luck to your friend if they truly did not do anything wrong.

    Did he fall asleep with the game running? Are there other people in his house? I guess you see where I'm going with this?

    If he logged out before going to sleep, then IDK.

    He is banned from the website as well he can not create tickets. He tried to write the ticket on the support page without an account, still no response, nothing. And you can not monitor that kind of ticket. Again his account is suspended both in game and on website for some reason.

    I believe your friend can open a ticket using the Account Recovery method.

    Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

    "He was doing the main quest" Molag Bal was roleplaying with Azura, and in pops this guy... :smile:

    I wish that ZOS would automatically send an email when they ban people. That should include the reason, by the way. Even if it comes from some automated system, it would be better than what there is today.

    As mentioned by the posters above, your friend will need to create their own ticket for help with their banned account. They can use the account recovery link if they cannot open a ticket through the support site.
