This is the dumbest change. Dizzying was finally balanced, and now they essentially are guaranteeing double dizzy spam, who is actually in charge of balance?
another issue is that now after you stun someone with dizzy he has 15 sec cooldown before can be offbalanced again

One skill does not make or break an entire group of playstyles ... in this case all stamina players.
Being passionate about your argument does not mean you should inject non-facts.
if not then after the stun you have a 15 second period where you cant stun the enemy anymore
first they have destroyed the offensive capabilities of snb skilline and all the possible dot based builds, now they are doing this PVP stamina builds are running out of options real fast every month i see my friends abandoning the game, im afraid it may be too late soon

this. It is really frustrating watching stamina options being reduced with every patch. the excitement many had for this game and pvp (despite the lag and bugs) was so much higher before they started killing off every available playstyle.
