Hi ZOS,
While I believe your skill audits have been fine and I thought this 2 was going to close it up and wrap it up, it is very clear it doesn't really address most of the issues we're having with Update 24. Update 25 may slightly change with the new sets, but majority of the skills that are problematic or causing issues are not addressed.
- i.e. Vampire Drain was addressed, good.
- i.e. Healing was not addressed.
- i.e. Tank meta was not addressed.
I was hoping that this audit would wrap up and we would get clear clarity on your vision, but this seems more like bug fixes with maybe 1 or 2 changes per class, nothing major and nothing drastic to change this extremely dull meta gameplay.
Is this all we are to expect until the next Chapter? Small changes in "Big combat audits...?
This doesn't really address a lot of the issues.
Overall, it looks more like PVE fixes, bug fixes and not really any combat changes. Did the team get caught up? Or is this the state of the game the developers really want?
Healing - Still way too high
Tanks - Way too common now.
Battle Spirit - Use this, address the above?
For this being a "Behind the scenes combat ability improvements 2" this is just lacking and an awful way to wrap it up and I really hope this is not it. If it is, many of the people I know definitely will take a break as this was probably the last straw and hope to repair what was done in U24.

Battlegrounds
Also, if you'd like to ad you should have optimize queues better for battle grounds, solo players go against solo more, can't queue grouped for x, or if grouped can only find x group same size, cannot find solo people. World of Warcraft for example premades sit in queue for sometimes hours to find another. I think you found a simpler solution and went with it.
Combat Changes
Heavily winging off the new sets to address this meta is a bad way to bandaid a true issue.
We all acknowledge healing in PVP is actually quite out of control and making this tank meta more than possible.
Templar:
Spear Shards - Much needed change as seeing its usability is only usable by 1 per cast.
Nightblade:
No real changes? It could use some love... Rotate power around and let it actually be usable outside of duels.
Sorcerer:
Bolt Escape - Doesn't actually address the issue
Dragonknight:
Stonefist - I just don't get why we're still bothering with this skill? Its bad.
Necromancer
Blastbones - The skeleton from this ability and its morphs will now attempt to leap from up to 28 meters after a short delay of spawning in, rather than 15 meters.
This just seems like a bandaid to the real issue, where it just sits in your face and gets stuck in a loop and doesn't know what to do? Are we not going to address the elephant in the room?
Two Handed:
Onslaught - A needed damage nerf, however, with all stamina ultimate's except for leap being quite questionable and not very good.... You should go down the web and look at other ultimate's which need help / address those.
Dual Wield
Dual Wield has been falling off? It just lost a lot of its power outside of raw tooltip damage it gives, majority of its skills are lacking since the nerf.
Blade Cloak - Good change, but doesn't help with its spamming with BRP
General:
Off Balance The cooldown could make swing more unusable if you think about, thats a 15 second window from the 5 second CC to make it so you can't re-apply your CC meaning that swing will not be as spammable of a CC. Unless, of course the not consumed from heavy attacks? Do heavies no longer enter stage 2 which is stun?
Werewolf
It needs some love, it isn't that great it was amazing to see werewolf be usable in PVP... but it seems to be a dying thing.
Each change does not address the issue with each class, I'm sure everyone can comment and say what the real issue is with each class. I know for sure each class has an issue and the above changes they just don't actually change the game or address the issues.
