Is Vigor also over performing? I ask because for the most part vigor ticks are higher than Rapid Regen.
Stamina has less healing options than Magicka as well as less utility in general. And the morph of Vigor that heals up there with Rapid Regen is self only.
So you want the HOT for stamina to be stronger than the ones from magicka. Got it!0 -

DK's do not need any buffs they are grossly overpowered right now L2P your class.0 -

✭All healing is over performing, and that’s how ZoS wants it. They know the average person doesn’t like to lose, so they’ve made it easier to heal.
If you expect PvP to be balanced, stop playing with CP.
No-CP is even more broken than CP. Damage too high and mitigation not enough for solo play

NO-CP is far more broken, Cancer builds shines there without any counter.

Seriously, a bet a lot of stam will be surprised how much healing they’re stealing in places like battlegrounds.
They want it nerfed now, but will be a lot squishier if it’s changed. As mag you need to break off pushing so you can actually heal yourself a lot.Looking for any guildies I used to play with:

Ehm.. Right
So now when you have more damage, mobility and utility on stamina you want to have stronger HoTs - healing which is last remaining thing on magicka, with damage shields.
