Down The Skeever Hole Quest Bug - Reaper March
I am up to the point which I need to defeat Colovian Command. For some reasons, the NPC won't appear and people are queuing up here waiting for him to respawn or something.

Tiyamel✭✭✭problem is too many people there at same time in that "instance" of the game, either come back later when less people around and he will spawn, or relog the game until you find an emptier instance to play in, despite the fact its a megaserver there are multiple layers or "instances" for all areas, you just happen to be in a rather full one at that timeGuild Master of Lost Prophecies, small group of friends playing in Ebonheart Pact, recruitment only accessible through playing with us and making a good impression.

Tiyamel✭✭✭in that case submit a bug report, i found all non spawning npcs for me were fixed by like i say coming back later or relogging, sorry it didn't work for you

Lumun✭Relogging on this bugged quest is not working, though that has been helpful for other quest bug issues. This is happening for a large group of people. I do know of one person irl who has been able to complete immediately after Tues am maintenance... but it appears the issue has returned. I have been back for two days now to no avail. On previous attempts to complete the quest there have been large crowds in the room but today there has only been a couple of ppl. Even so, exiting and relogging has not been successful in prompting the NPCs to spawn. To be clear, it is the "Colovian Command" group of NPC that are not spawning. 1
