    Congrats! I think I used that title for ~1½ years on my main after getting it those fishing dyes are what made it worth it for me to go for that achievement.

    Gratz - the boat is really cool - only reason I did MA.

    I’d believe 5 1/2 years - MA isn’t what I’d call fun lol. It took me 5 1/2 years to even bother.

    He can't. It's now crown store only but you can only purchase it if you have the achievement (coming soon to the crown store near you!).

    I'm working on my third one now, on my second account on EU. Still have one to go - main account on EU. Let me tell you how AWFUL catching the Coelacanth in Shadowfen has been on two of the three. I'm betting I still won't have it on this one until I've got every other fish necessary....

    I have two characters I tend to worry about achievements on, so I'll probably work more on this achievement for him eventually. But there are sooo many others to get some progress on first so a small break is in order (plus he has a decent-ish start to it anyway... I think?)

    Um. There IS a multi craft option for filleting? Or you're done with filleting?

    I finished filleting after 42 minutes using the add-on that you reset for each stack of fish

    I finished filleting after 42 minutes using the add-on that you reset for each stack of fish

    I kept the fish to fillet them in the end (and have all the perfect roe drop as a reward after finishing). It took me more than 4 hours with this add-on.

    the boat is available from the global achievement vendor in the 3 capitol alliance cities Elden Root, Wayrest & Mournhold for 25,000g as long as you have the master fisherman achievement

    You're better off making gold any other way and buying them unless you enjoy the fishing. It's terribly slow.

    I still need 3 zones - Greenshade, Malabal Tor and Reaper's March for mine. I fished on and off for maybe 3 years and a half, on my first character, but I always find some other activities that I prioritize. For example in that time I have fully trained 9 characters. Maybe after I finish #11 & #12 - the necromancers, I will have time to return and do those kinds of achievements.

    Malabal Tor and Reaper's March were my last two. They each sat with about 1/4 done for a good while.
