Same happened to me last week (twice in fact), submitted a support ticket on the support website, they verified in some logs and then added the +1 event ticket for me. The game support for cases like this actually pretty good and helpful, just give them as much details as you can (which platform, which character, when and what happened)

Good to hear. I submitted a ticket earlier. It wasn't entirely clear which categrory it should be reported under. Hopefully it will come through.

Well, I just spent an absolutely excruciating 35 minutes, give or take, on a frost dragon near the South Guard Ruins, and didn't get a ticket so I am deeply aggrieved.

Yes, because I was being stoopid and forgetting that I has a odd number, so that last ticket yesterday didn't count because I was already at capacity when I thought I still had one to go... ehhhh. My own darn fault. No sense crying about it.

I have bought an extra ticket to get to an even number. That gives more chance to spend the 10. Having an odd number only gives you a chance on a single day (or two if you want to be technical about it).

I have missed them when I was full. I was quite annoyed, but I lumped it. I think that was the last full event.

I wonder why it has to be the first dragon though. That seems like a flaw.

This has happened to me on many occasions from the events, i've simply gotten used to it, but can imagine your frustrations when tickets actually matter for something you want, me, i gave up hope to saving tickets for anymore mounts because i know i'm not gonna be able to acquire enough to get all the items needed before the end of the event.

If you do not (can not) collect a ticket that was in the loot of the first dragon then no matter how many dragons you kill that day you will not get a ticket. The same was with gold boxes.

@Olauron , straight from CS:

bosses may be killed throughout the area by other players that aren't near you. One of these enemies may contain your Event Ticket, but not be directly near you. If you don't loot that enemy, once it despawns, the next boss will drop the Event Ticket. We would advise searching the area for any unlooted bosses / enemies.

Again, you have to wait for the despawn first. If you loot but leave it, that's a different story. If you haven't 'opened' the container, the next one after despawn should still have that zone's daily ticket.

That's probably why you missed a ticket.

I didn't say that I didn't loot it. I said I couldn't loot it. As in it was impossible for me to open the menu to do so. He was dead, but on my screen he was still alive with a sliver of health, meaning there was no way for me to interact with it. I got quest credit for the daily, but there was no way to access the loot, including the event ticket.

The dragon eventually disappeared along with the ticket when a new dragon showed up. I killed that one, no ticket.

This happened once before during the witches festival as well. Lost one of the golden boxes that time.

When this happens type in /reloadui into chat. It should fix the issue.

This is a good thing to try, it solves a lot of glitches in the game while not missing out on loot which you might do if you log out and in to the game againl

That is not true. I couldn't loot one I killed this morning, so I left myself in the area and went to work. When I came home I killed another and it did not drop a ticket.

I couldn't loot the evening dragon either at first, but I tried running a ways away until I could finally loot an enchanting node. That got things cleared up. I went back and looted the dragon, but still no ticket.

They really need to get with the program here!

BTW, they evidently cannot tell what server you are on if you report the problem in game. I had this happen on EU, but they replied to tell me I hadn't killed any dragons (which I had) which was definitely not true. I did the EU earlier this time and it was much easier since more people were on, even though I had to get it in quickly before work.

I had not killed any on NA at that point, showing they were looking into the wrong server. (I have characters on both servers.)

They were not good this time for making good on lost tickets like this. Very annoying!
