2019-11-25: Activity Finder will sometimes create multiple dungeon instances

I queued for a random dungeon with a premade group of 4.
Three people ended up in the same, correct instance. The fourth player ended up in a different instance (of the same dungeon) and upon entering, that fourth player immediately received a message in the upper-right corner about not being in the group's instance and got the "Removing from instance" countdown.
The next time I queued, 2 people were in the "correct" instance and the other two were in two different incorrect instances (so three instances total) and were greeted with immediate instance removal countdowns.
The third time I queued, everything was fine.
