Terrible lag after recent patch and constant client repair prompts

My ping seems to be just as usual, however the server's response to weapon switching/skills/abilities/etc seems to be pretty slow. Second issue is that the launcher keeps asking to repair it. The only workaround to this is opening it as admin and constantly closing it via task manager.
You can also open the game straight from the EXE file ignoring the launcher.
