People are playing extra thicc women chars, asking for bikinis and mini skirts then complaining about witch title being gender-specific (which is not in ESO)

Good question! Whether male, female, or other; the proper term is "witch". The term Warlock was actually a derogatory term used by witch hunters during the times of mass witch burnings and persecution. Warlock means "oathbreaker." Oathbreaker referring to a betrayal of humankind's covenant with God.

Witch can be male or female but is most commonly used to refer to females while warlock comes from the Scots and is used to identify males so it should be Warlock. Otherwise great blurb about it, take my insightful vote.

There are a lot of terms that are associated with one gender more than another, but are in fact gender-neutral. Nurse, Soldier both invoke an assumption of gender, but apply to either. Yes Witch is like Nurse. More likely female, but not always.

In the classic Star Trek episode "All Our Yesterdays", a medieval woman is yelling at Captain Kirk: "Witch! Witch! Witch! They'll burn ya!" Captain Kirk is unquestionably male, and the show is from 1960s, long before the mankind went crazy - so I guess we could consider it a valid example of male witches being a thing, even in the pop culture. ;)

    Why are male chars witches?

For obvious reasons you would not name them witchers here, but how about warlocks?

I wholeheartedly disagree: I NEED the tittle "Witcher" XD
