How long before support reaches out regarding suspension?
The last time I played ESO was like 6 months ago. I try to log on last week and suddenly I'm suspended from the site. I'm guessing some form of hacking occurred or my info was stolen somehow. I submitted a ticket through the non-member system last week and still haven't heard a single thing. Not even an auto generated email saying the ticket was created. Because of this I don't even know the ticket number so my only resort is to create yet another ticket with the ticket number unless an agent can track my ticket based on this post. It's a bit ridiculous I've heard absolutely nothing. Anyone have ETAs on how long this takes?
