Emailing Privacy did not work but personal info was sent in message

I've since changed my password, but after emailing privacy04 and privacy I got an access denied message
I sent my personal info in that email

Where did you receive the 'access denied' error message?

Did this message come up when submitting a ticket or in your email program?

Since it is your email program giving you the "access denied" error message, would you be able to try a different program or sending the email through an online service like gmail?

i'll try that. Is there any difference between emailing privacy04 (in the old thread) vs privacy?

You will want to email the privacy address instead of privacy04 as the 04 email address is no longer in use. Our FAQ linked below goes over the process for account deletion.

Oh ok then I think it went through, with that link it said to use just privacy (and I sent to both of them) so the error was likely from sending to 04.

I'll wait and see for now
