This is so bizarre. How do they expect to keep any customers when they lock them out of playing for an entire day and dont even try to fix the problem?

Oddly enough, under warranty, many EXPECT a faulty product to have a free repair and some alternate compensation method for the inconvenience of not being able to use the product as advertised. They said the game was ready for release, it isn't for many, so some free time or other compensation should be offered. There are other games out there, and more coming. I can still cancel my subscription. After waiting for the Maintenance time all morning, then the Repair time, I played until dinner; when I tried to reenter the game, it didn't accept my credentials. I reloaded the game and waited for the patch, played, and as I was ready to sign out, but the launcher wanted AGAIN to download the patch and attending files.Sykotik_ESO wrote: »So if you bring your car to a dealership and they fix a problem for you, and some other problem occurs non related, you deserve a free car?
Free game time would do what exactly? Yes, the game is pretty and cool, but with the (total lack of) support that's been demonstrated, it's going to be free soon anyways.

And we have no obligation to subscribe to the game. I assume that they want us to subscribe unless this is some scheme like the Producers where they want the game to fail. If they want us to subscribe then we want them to make it up to us.
