failed to join group....

i have one character that cant join or create a group... any fixes for that?

Are you only experiencing this one character? Can you create or join groups with your other characters?

Can you let us know which platform you are playing on, and are you receiving an error when you try to do this?

yes , with this one character only
can create and join group with other characters yes

playing pc NA, error is failed to join group

Please try to change zones and then leave the group. You can try reforming the group you were in when the issue occurred and then disbanding it.

You can also try joining a large group and asking the group leader to disband it.

If you have tried this and still cannot leave the group, please let us know. We are aware of and investigating current issues with grouping in ESO.

changing zones dont work and reforming is not possible too...

i cant join a larger group either...

ok, now i logged and there was one player that already left the group

it worked this time i finnaly got to leave the group
