I would like this, please because I am tired of playing on the "experimental" PC-EU server. It's simply not what I'm paying for.

it seems tough EU is struggling a lot more... is it just the difference in player numbers or whats the issue?

ZOS have said that the player numbers are similar, the difference is that in Europe most players play within almost the exact same time zone, maybe the odd hour's difference, whilst in the US the time zone spread is much greater. Doubtless it's also a lot more difficult to service servers that are not located within your direct control, but that's a price every player pays when wanting localised servers, not just in ESO. ZOS don't have the sort of European infrastructure that, say, Blizzard have.

I do recall, however, other MMOs that used to have a lot more problems with their European servers than their US ones. At least ZOS have acknowledged it and are working on it, which hasn't always been the case with other developers. The alternative is for a US-based developer to adopt the easiest solution and pull the servers back to the US, but that hasn't worked out too well with LoTRO in my experience.

    good point

na server is fine - even with higher latency it is rock solid (comparatively). Long ago, before 1-tamriel etc there were 2 clients, one for each server and maintenance was done at different times on different days, unlike now. Then is was easier to just hop over to the 'open' server while the other was closed for maintenance so players who've played since then and did this (myself included) have some basics established on both servers.

Personally, I like the idea of the extra characters/different ambience between servers, so a transfer wouldn't be of interest to me but I have no objections [edit]to the option[/edit] if that's what others want.

Not true - you can re-use eu/na character names - different servers.

Obviously if someone else has picked them up then tough luck.

What is tough is while chapters are fully account-wide (both servers) as is eso+, if you buy dlc, mounts etc then they are only active on the server bought on.

Maybe I'm lazy but i dont want to start from scratch on NA server. Thats a kind of laziness I can live with.
I am fed up with issues on PC-EU though...

I went fresh to NA, join a good guild, I had all my gear made for me and ground up like mad
