I would like this, please because I am tired of playing on the "experimental" PC-EU server. It's simply not what I'm paying for.

The notion that the NA servers are always fine is a myth. Both servers have their problems, so moving from one to the other isn't a great idea. However, developing characters on both servers is an excellent idea. That way you have maximum opportunities regardless of which server is struggling.

it seems tough EU is struggling a lot more... is it just the difference in player numbers or whats the issue?

You will enjoy a lower ping, better stability, no mysterious boss teleports and insta-wipes, etc. Just ask in general section if anyone has moved from PC EU to PC NA. Some players I know live in EU and play on NA because EU performance is bad...

You'll see them build a brand new EU platform and transfer player data to that empty megaserver long before you see them attempt to transfer player data onto a server that already has data on it.

You don't risk corrupting the existing information of unaffected players unless it's an absolute last resort.

Our PC accounts are already on both servers. It is why our subscription applies to both servers of the same platform. Further, since Zos has stated that they have not built the means to copy from one server to a live server they have no means to do so for the situation OP is requesting.

    Sorry. Just not likely.

However, I do agree. Zos needs to get their act together. This issue started early this year. It is pathetic they have failed to get the capacity for EU upgraded by now. Unfortunately, this is just another example that Matt is the poster child for Peter Principle. Doubt the overall picture will improve under his amazing leadership.

it seems tough EU is struggling a lot more... is it just the difference in player numbers or whats the issue?

ZOS have said that the player numbers are similar, the difference is that in Europe most players play within almost the exact same time zone, maybe the odd hour's difference, whilst in the US the time zone spread is much greater. Doubtless it's also a lot more difficult to service servers that are not located within your direct control, but that's a price every player pays when wanting localised servers, not just in ESO. ZOS don't have the sort of European infrastructure that, say, Blizzard have.

I do recall, however, other MMOs that used to have a lot more problems with their European servers than their US ones. At least ZOS have acknowledged it and are working on it, which hasn't always been the case with other developers. The alternative is for a US-based developer to adopt the easiest solution and pull the servers back to the US, but that hasn't worked out too well with LoTRO in my experience.

Problem is..i play 5 years on EU now. You'll never get the time back, if you build your account up on an another server. I have chars on NA, yes, but they are Lvl 3-5. Its a timequestion...

The EU Playerbase is much bigger than the NA Base...many companies are forgetting this sort of things.

Your Ping might jump 100-200+ points. Can you handle that though?
I'm geographically NA but have tried the EU server before and that's what happened to me.

It`s the same for me (EU) to NA where my first Char has reached CP160. Really, the performance on EU is simply annoying. No Log-In possible, groupdungeons unplayable cause buggy mobs/bosses and ping +999. Cyrodiil, combatbug after every single fight and and graficglitches.

Five Years ago i wrote that eso will be my last mmo, but in the last week i looked seriously after somthing playable. If NA or other game, cant say jet. But spent all my time in NA that i spent on EU, sry, ...no.

funny because for me as neighbot to germany - poland I have normally without doing nothing 170 ping, I barely see to go below this if even and ofc when I start do whatewver it is going to be higher, I wont evn talk about cyrodil.....while when I was playing some on NA server I had stable from 200 to 300, wasnt entering to pvp anymore on this but for sure I barely have seen to go higher than 300 ping on NA server while on my EU it was on daily basis whiel doing content

EDIT: and to add, while my ping on NA server is stable as I wrote...on EU it can jump to even 1k very often while on NA well...I never that that big jumps of ping and that high

I fell you OP and all guys who tried NA and got more stable gameplay with even 200+ ping rather those f****ng lag spikes with ~80 on EU. ZOS support article says it's impossible at the moment. But spending crown on both servers is ok. HYPOCRITES! It's not impossible, it's just not wanted.

The only reason NA is more stable than EU is the population. Prime time NA is just as laggy especially in Cyrodiil.
Due to lower population and a broader spanning prime time, logins are spread over a longer period than in EU.
