So this magical patch we were all told to wait for on Tuesday still has yet to restore a single item to me.

    Missing Bank Slots, Stored Bank Items, and Skill Points – We're continuing to investigate the issue, and are working on a fix now. As soon as the fix is ready, we will push it out to the live megaservers. Please note: This may result in a second maintenance this week and when we do push the fix, it will not be retroactive. Know that we want to make this right for all impacted—we’re still exploring options to help those who have stored items/gold, and bank slots go missing.

    I don't like the sound of that. Might as well pretend my 10K and 10 extra slots never existed at this point :( I love this game man, but the lost progress is killer. I'd rather just have bugged quests and crashes :(

    The problem, in general, though when it is implemented it will not be retroactive. We are still working on helping those who have submitted a help request for missing bank slots, store items/gold, and skill points.

    Good to know its not retroactive, do you know if I'll be re-reimbursed the 7900g I had to pay for skill reset to start playing again?

    They are still working on the fix for the "general" problem of the missing bank slots and items. For now is better to keep playing without upgrading ur bank slots. Even if they restore your bank slots, they can be wiped out as this patch does not include a fix for that problem.

    Jessica, I think you need to have a little "chat" with your CS team about over-using generic responses to tickets.....

    I created a ticket via the website as per your previous suggestion, I got a response saying that Zeni are looking into it. However I had a query as to whether I'd have to pay for the slots AGAIN once the "fix" has been rolled out.
    Your CS team then responded with:
    "We'll be more than glad to investigate this matter and in order to further assist you, we would need for you to verify at least one of the following account questions:

    -Last 4 digits of the Credit Card Number
    -PayPal Transaction ID Number
    -Complete Game Time Code
    -The Answer to the Secret Question"

    Seriously....why do I need to give such details when all I required was a simple answer to a simple question that wasn't actually directly related to my account?

    Now, I've worked in Customer Support, Tech Support and Refunds departments, so I fully understand the temptation to answer queries with a generic email "template", but please ask your people to take a little more care in future when deciding how to respond to each ticket.

    That's a question I would like answering. Knowing that the "fix" isn't retro-active, are Zeni going to "fix" the banks of those who are affected? Or are they going to re-imburse those players?

    That's a question I would like answering. Knowing that the "fix" isn't retro-active, are Zeni going to "fix" the banks of those who are affected? Or are they going to re-imburse those players?

    Especially considering the CS are stating items will be restored in a patch:

    I am just stunned that the fix will not be retroactive. Whatever messed it up must have corrupted the data as well.

    Wait a moment here. NOT RETROACTIVE? Meaning I will not be getting back the 150 inventory slots worth of stacks of items and crafting materials? Please clarify. Because if that's true, then *** you i'm unsubscribing. And how do I get a refund for this from greenmangaming?
    End the tedious inventory management game.

    The thing is, I first reported this bug well over a month ago, and you're still working on it, so how likely is it to be resolved any time soon? Inventory management in this game would be horrible enough even if everything was working, but without being able to trust in buying bank upgrades it's downright intolerable.
