Not letting me create dark elf in AD alliance.

So i just deleted my lvl 16 Imperial who was in the AD. I wanted to start all over with a dark elf and roll in AD. But its not letting me. The only race that can play any faction is the Imperial. All others are stuck in their own faction.

Did you pre-ordered the game? If not you cant play with diferent races in the faction you want. That was part of pre-order bonus. The imperial edition just let you do that with Imperial race.

I think I was like a day late. But I remember before being able to make any race any faction. I dont know it doesnt do it now.

If you don't have an explorers pack code on your account you can't make any race in any faction.

I cant even find my account information on here. I got the Imperial edition. That came with all that stuff. I got the crab and monkey scroll of mara etc. Before I could choose any race to play any faction. Dont know why it wont let me now. I deleted my main. I think that messed things up.

Answer: you bought a digital copy via a 3rd party retailer and only entered one key ... there should have been 2, second was the Explorer pack. There was also a 3rd early access code which you likley confused with expolrer pack code. Both the EA and Explorer pack code granted this privledge.

Do this. find your email from I assume greenmangaming and enter all codes one by one.

Checked my email and I purchased the game on April 5. Doesnt give me any explorers pack numbers. It says this

Thats not important.
Important thing is -do you have a "early access" on your account?
Or Explore Pack code included with your Imperial Edition (this is possible)

It look that it was posible to anyone to create chars in any faction -as a result of "grace period bonus". Grace period is over and we are back to normal rules

You didn't preorder, thus you don't get the perk of creating any race in any faction. In beta they had the explorer's pack bonus enabled for people to test it.

This sucks. I could of sworn I was able to make any race on any faction just yesterday. I think me deleting my first toon screwed me over lol. Is it only Imperials that can roll any faction now?

without the pre-order perk, only the Imperial can play in any faction.
