    I had this happen to me over a week ago. I submitted a ticket in game and received no response. Few days later submitted one on the site. I've not even received a generic response.

    Oh and to top this poop sundae off with a little cherry I was told by customer support that if I submitted any other tickets I would have disciplinary action taken against me. Really? You guys close my tickets, refuse to respond with anything even remotely helpful and then threaten me for submitting tickets?

    Jesus christ now it got me aswell.

    I was logging into the game after this server downtime and 50 bankslots were gone, including the items I have put in - the bank was 1xx / 110 full. Plus the money to buy these slots which is around 36k.

    I demand a refund, this is inacceptable. I also have opened a ticket for this. Please respond!

    My bank lost all of the upgrades I've done to it, I had 100 slot upgrade unlocked and now it's back to 60, and almost 40 items are either thrown across some of my characters or are unaccounted for. Money has not been returned either.

    And this is not just some "silly little mishap", this is affecting players quite a bit so we need something more solid then "it will be fixed in some future patch". Servers have gone down today TWICE and there's still no fix to this thing.

    Ticket number 140414-108616, status "Solved". Guess what? It is NOT solved.

    Drama queen much? Yes console kiddies have ruined games and this is a serious issue but that's no excuse for you to go all drama queen about a simple bug that will be fixed. Get over it.

    Simple bug? First, if it were simple it would have been fixed by now. Second, lack of database integrity couldn't make this more serious. I've been part of projects where a simple database problem caused a miscalculation of .001 cents that eventually cost the client tens of millions of dollars.

    While this is a bit different, the point is if you can't count on the database then you can't count on anything. Who knows what this will cost them with regards to lost subs, customer disputing the game charge on their credit cards, bad publicity, etc. The only thing that could be worse is a complete character wipe and there are reports of that as well.

    This is about as big as they get.

    I don't know if this counts at all, but from all the forum threads i'v read and from not getting the glitch myself. Any chance that the problem is linked to the fact that all the characters shared the same bank? i have no prob and only 1 character, but everyone i have seen with the prob has multiple characters they use, and use them for storage or a work around. But any chance that having so many access codes into the bank for each character is whats opening the hole in the system and cuasing all the lost items/gold? the way the same bank has to react to all the dif characters and sort them out?

    My issue is also not resolved. I had upgraded to 110 bank slots and still at default of 60. I refuse to upgrade my bank till I know this has been taken care of. As far as I know no items were lost.

    let's take a poll: i did the pre order at the 80.00 level. the explorer pack, imperial edition, 5 day early access, etc. i ordered directely online, not at a retailer.

    how many of you having this problem did not pre order at the 80.00 level?
    how many of you pre ordered at the 60.00 level?
    how many pre ordered online? at a retailer?
    how many of you did not pre order at all?

    i'd like to know if any of this is affecting who got/gets hit.

    so far my buddy, with multi characters, has not been hit. but he has no horse, which means no imperial edition? i think he did do early access, not sure which, and since na is down, i can't contact him to verify.

    They said the patch will not automatically fix the banks of everyone who had the issue. It will just keep it from happening to more people. Support is going to have to go through the tickets and restore the bank slots, items, gold, etc of people who had this happen, AFTER the root cause of the issue is fixed. I suspect (and am hoping) that's what the extended maintenance today is for.

    I don't envy them. But a very similar thing happened to WOW when Wrath of the Lich King launched. Everyone lost all their mounts and pets. It took something like 6 days for them to restore them to everyone after the issue was fixed.

    My ticket was "resolved" several days ago . I was under the assumption the problem was supposed to be fixed by a blanket patch. Nothing about it in patch notes today though! And I AM still missing my bank slots and items.

    Still missing bank slots and stored gold.

    No response from tech support since yesterday. I just wish there was more info available. None of the responses so far from them have confirmed whether or not gold stored in the bank will be restored. Has anyone had any info that might shed some light on this? I know they must be working flat out to fix this, no company wants to lose money.

    I doubt it. They already stated that the bank bug would not be fixed in this patch and that another patch would be needed to address the issue. More likely, this mess is going to take weeks, if not months, to resolve.

    I was happy with the "escalated" status, but still haven't received my missing bank slots, or the gold I accidentally spent to upgrade them again.

    I'm not too upset about the items lost, but I'm unhappy about the gold spent (times two!). I'd appreciate just getting an update on the status of my ticket.

    Oh I thought the bank slots would get fixed but items and gold etc. would have to get tracked down, depends on what kind of error it was I suppose and judging by ppl encountering at different times and not all at once I guess you are likely right.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, I had this happen last night. Received duplicate CE items in the mail and my bank space was reset to 60 slots. Submitted a ticket, 140415-001013, which was marked as 'Solved' with this resolution:

    I got a free respec to fix my missing skills. Items are still missing though. So now I'm naked, itemless, and horseless....but I have some skills at least!

    Has anyone had any success getting back in touch with a rep like this? I directly replied to the email, but I'm not sure it gets routed back to her.

    i got the exact same email (verbatim) from the same rep too...also with the same results...skills and slots but no items or horse...replied with detailed list (from memory) of my items...got response stating still working on it...so...fingers crossed...maybe i'll try the repair thing...wth...cant hurt thats for sure...

    I originally reported the loss of my bank slots on the forums, and the post was flagged as referred to CS. I submitted a separate ticket on the 13th, as requested in the OP. No word yet from Support.

    It looks like I'm not the only one receiving poor customer service. It's been over a week and I haven't even been actually talked to about this (I get cookie-cutter "We're working on it" email responses). I haven't even had my question answered of "Can I at least purchase slots in the mean time, instead of having to deal with just 60?"

    At one point, here is one of the responses I got:
