DK Passive - Searing Heat Currently Broken on PTS

I have tested this on PTS and while the bonus damage correctly applies to Standard, Searing Strike, and Firey breath on live it only applies to Searing strike and Firey breath on PTS leaving Standard at base damage regardless of the passive being active. So Standard actually does 10% less damage on PTS compared to standard on live while the DoT's benefit from the 33% bonus damage. The extra duration is working correctly on PTS however so the passive may have not been changed correctly when increasing the damage from 10% to 33%. Can somebody please tag the correct devs for viability? This will affect our ability to correctly gauge damage parses on the next week's PTS when DoT's are addressed.

It would make sense that it only applies to the dots but it applies to everything on live and they didn’t say they changed the way the passive works, just increased the percentage.I forwarded the issue, devs should know.
