Just a free house or furniture that everyone will lose interest after another big house/furniture pack is released.
The only good event was 5th anniversary (it was useful): More motifs, materials, gold, experience, luxury furniture and AP are more valuable.

Yeah I definitely care about balance as I mainly play solo PVP. But as someone who also makes content for a living, I still appreciate the effort made by these artists and designers.0
