Maybe move around. It's so easy to avoid dizzy. I never hear people raging about getting destined by dizzy, or getting caught oh ff guard by dizzy because the player was 38 meters away spamming dizzy while 4 other people were spamming snipe.
Dizzy is not OP. The nerf is unwarranted.

You still don't understand that nerfing skills because zerglings use them doesn't balance the game. The discrepancy comes from their numbers, not the skills they use. With 4 to 5 people on you any skill becomes op, especially cc's. Also as a side note magicka users have the best skill to counter dizzy- mist form. High mobility and cc immunity.
