Have they moved beyond/recovered from the Fallen Empire storyline yet?
I got really bored with that direction which is how I ended up here.

I bet it's more like 35%. Light attacks weren't touched, and AoE DoTs took less than a 50% hit.

This is just ZOS further screwing over the majority while trying to nerf the 1% which it won't do. making it even harder for the majority to complete vet content is a stupid vision for the game

Not quitting yet, but I'm getting extremely tired of the constant massive meta changes. Others might have an easier time adjusting, but having to relearn so much so frequently is starting to annoy the living daylights out of me. (I would probably be a little less frustrated if achievements weren't strictly character bound tho.)
if they genuinely go live like this, yeah i'm quitting and playing wow classic. when they bated us with that fake-ass "class identity" they promised with dragonhold, stamdks getting a spammable and wardens becoming bis healers is NOT what i had in mind. new gameplay elements my entire ass. It was stupid of me to assume they would have any idea about how class identity should work.
then wow classic, a game that's almost 20 years old, had a better idea for how class balance should work and made each one feel like an entirely new game to play, with different gameplay styles, different unique buffs and utility they bring to the group, each one has its own service every other class begs them for, it's so easy to make friends because everyone wants you in their group for your class.
ESO is the polar opposite. unless you're a nondk tank, nobody cares. every class is the same. the only difference is just visuals, because every rotation is the same, all the skills are the same [some have different colors], all the DPS is the same. necro has major vuln, which makes them stand out, and now that's getting nerfed a bit. it's a sad state.
it also doesn't help that zos's idea of "balance" is just wildly destroying everything in the hopes that it'll balance something. nerfing skills by 33% in scalebreaker and then AGAIN by 60% in dragonhold? it's laughable, honestly. what a shithole.
