This is just ZOS further screwing over the majority while trying to nerf the 1% which it won't do. making it even harder for the majority to complete vet content is a stupid vision for the gamePC-NA

✭✭Wait for the next balance patch hoping they fix itEspecially hoping for a new combat team to take over the current one and fix this mess.
For the last few updates I stopped playing 50% of my characters because I couldn't keep up with all these drastic changes to be able to adjust all the builds. I don't have that much time and energy to do that anymore. It's disheartening when you think that a new build and rotation you just made will be irrelevant in 2-3 months. The more characters you have and want to keep them active, the worse it it.
Another big changes are on the horizon and it seems it won't stop anytime soon. So I'm just gonna play one DD and all other characters will play the fashion mini game.
If I get bored and have enough of it, I will just quit.
The current combat team has proved they lost long-term vision for balance and don't have any direction in this regard. Nerfs, buffs, nerfs, buffs - and it's all with regard to the same skills in the span of one year. They just look at the numbers on paper and completely ignore the fun aspect. People are confused and tired. I think we're really close to the exodus of players.35 -
Lazarus_Rising✭✭✭✭✭For me as MagNecro it resulted in a DPS loss of 10-12k but i tested it with old build on PTS. Need to do some variation testing to see if i can make it good again. Basically i dropped from 37k dps to 26k dps on 6 mio dummy. No idea how this will turn out now but it‘s week one. Nobody asked for harder DLC dungeons or vTrials except the elite 5%, overland is another story which will still be very easy, so game is overall worse now20 -

I've been playing since 2015, this is the single hardest general game nerf by far. I've seen people complaining about nerfmire and Nerfwind and others, but all these were nothing compared to this patch13 -

While I do have an argument I didnt state it in the title or in the poll I gave all the options.
I did however explain it in the comments, on how the game will be very elitist and most average players and even previous good players will be unable to do so much content because the top 5% were complaining it was easy5 -
TirantLoBlanch✭✭✭Quit the gameConsidering that the main source of dps for a elite player are the light attacks, independently of class and race, if the purpose would be low the higher numbers, nerfing the light attacks will havre reduced the rood of dps, touching less the numbers of the less skilled players, and not changing that much skills, rotations and class balance.
They could have implemented harder content.
But better mess it all a littel more, and get the base of the population angry. Decreasing the population will increase performance.
And those threads can mask the blattant lack of new pve content in the new patches.6 -
