Arctic blast is a much small area than perma. But combined yea about the same effect as before. Still- warden needed a class stun with dmg. This doesn’t help that.
Group play tho.

Yeah. Willing to bet these people haven't fully tested these skills.

They haven't even installed PTS.

A lot of very average players developed godly reputations because they hit the Permafrost key in a coordinated group, which basically amounted to an "I Win" button.
Essentially, Wardens were overtuned to small scale. The nerfs to AoEs ended that meta, but now we're going back to it. I can't imagine anyone who dealt with that in the past is aching for a return. This is a bad move all around, but fits the bill of ZoS not having a clear vision of what they want to do and the see-saw balance (AoE damage! Nah, DoTs. Lol, jks, AoE damage!) is proof of that.
I'm looking forward to Q1 2020, however, when we see Spear Shards buffed 150%.
As someone who's main is Warden i consider the Arctic blast stun to be a bit overtuned,
they should increase the damage hits to 5 in order to be able to stun the enemies.
