Why would i run Fury/ Seventh/ Truth/ Hundings over this? Couldn't find a single reason.
5% cost increase (that can easily be neglected) for perma FULL STACKED FURY is not ok.

Typically, let us assume no CP first, you can probably get around 28k stam with 2.8k weapon damage easily on a medium armor set lets say (unbuffed because buffs are % multiplier). So, an increase of 182 weapon damage compared with hunding's rage vs JUST weapon damage is 182*1.15 (medium armor buff) = 209.
209/2800 is a 7.46% increase in weapon damage. Keep in mind that damage is calculated off both weapon damage and stamina so the actual increase in damage output is less than 7.46%. This is also a stam build for the weapon damage multiplier. Therefore, it is strictly a burst based set because on the long run you'll end up running out of stam much quicker with the 5% increase in cost so your sustained DPS is actually less. I believe this 5% ALSO applies to ultimates so that is another slight detriment. Furthermore, this is only assuming a mediocre weapon damage build that only sits at 2.8k. The higher the weapon damage/stamina you have the weaker a marginal increase in damage is.
Overall, this seems like a good set for medium armor burst builds, but is it strictly better in all situations? Probably. Is it probably a bit overtuned? Likely. I can see them dropping it to 450.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭I’m not impressed TBH. The 5% cost increase will require at least one jewelry enchant changed from 174 weapon/spell damage to 169 mag/stam recovery. Take that 174 off the 481 and you’re left with effectively 307 on the 5pc, closely balanced with Hundings and Julianos.
I guess it could make for a decent burst set in PVP for stam, but on Mag I don’t see this being better than Spell Strat (500 Spell damage in the 5pc that also carries over to the back bar for 5s). And in PVE the 1487 Spell Penetration in nearly useless in optimized raid groups.7 -

Every patch people cry about OP sets from reading the patch notes, then other people go and actually test and see that it is not as bad/good as it reads in text.

It requires to be tested the way it is 1st. Dont forget costs of many abilities also went up with some of them by a lot so we need to 1st check will we be able to sustain without that set to even start thinking will we be able to sustain with it.Edited by Juhasow on September 17, 2019 4:56AM3 -

Set might be a bit overtuned. Probably will need % of cost increased by 10%.
On a side note, they really need to adjust the duration of molag kena to 8 seconds minimum. 6 is just too short with all things considered.3 -
