I still see no word on any patches anytime soon, so should I just try and abandon all these bugged quests and hope they are fixed or if there ever is a fix can I continue on again or do I have to start over?

tecfall✭Keep them in your log if you want to complete them one day i guess. Usually logging otu and in has fixed 90% of bugs for me. If you drop them you may never find them again or if you do find it it may be bugged worse then before. If you run into issues of your logging being full then start tossing quests.
