Queues for group content... Ignores group members... Complains about getting kicked.
Gotta love karma

5. Realize you still didn't got tickets for some reasons.
6. Get ganked by a group of seven players.
7. Participate in killing another gold boss in the city.
8. Realize you still didn't got tickets for some reasons.
9. Get ganked by some invisible player.
10. Stay in dungeon queque for 45 min.
11. Encounter a bug in White Gold Tower (staying forever before the entrance to Battlemage Quarters) and realize you can't complete the dungeon.
12. Exit the game.
13. Drink a beer.
14. Enjoy.
Day two:
skip steps 1-12.

1. Queue into sewers.
2. Run to nearest boss and wait for it to spawn.
3. Kill boss.
4. Profit.

Engaged the first crowd in nICP and got immediately kicked from the group, in chat they say because I didn't wait for others (on NORMAL). I'm 810c and I've done vCR, vSS, vAS. I don't need to wait for the tank to engage the trash on normal. Wait another 30 min, get in WGT. This time it was adequate group, cleared it in 10 min. So, an hour and a half. Nice.

That's how you avoid any pvp while still earning tickets.

The Patrolling Horrors and Coldharbor Elite Guard might require looting, though some players say they apparently got their tickets automatically, no looting needed.
However, the marked sewer bosses require you to loot them AND only 12 people will get loot. So if there are more than 12 people killing them, you may need to do the marked bosses more than once. (Molag Bal's simulacrum is the same way.)
My experience so far:
Day one:
1. Log into a CP campaign in Imperial City.
2. Go into the sewers to kil Wadracki.
3. Run into a DC zerg right in the first chamber.
4. Respawn and go back into the sewer.
5. Get steamrolled by DC zerg camping at spawn.
6. Go to the districts.
7. Try to get invited to any group and fail.
8. Navigate the districts looking for any boss.
9. Find dead boss and get steamrolled by zerg.
10. Go to the arena and kill the bosses there.
11. Find out those bosses don't count for tickets.
12. Find another boss and start chipping away at it.
13. Get steamrolled by zerg when boss is at 10% health.
14. Try sewers again.
15. Zerg is gone, go!
16. Wadracki is gone too, wait for it's respawn.
17. Zerg is back.
18. Quit CP campaign.
19. Try non CP.
20. Get up top, find a group and get the invite.
21. Lurk the districts with them, they're no zerg as they scatter.
22. Finally find a boss and kill it. Tickets in the loot.
23. Quit while you're on top.
24. Finally go to sleep at 1:30AM
Day two:
1. Log in at 8AM before you go to work.
2. Join Non CP IC.
3. It's almost empty. Go to sewers.
4. Kill Wadracki and loot the tickets.
5. Enjoy the rest of the day.
My advice is if you just want tickets then avoid prime time.

Wait what? Only 12 at a time? What's up with that.
