Because he obviously doesn't care about the Imperial City or what goes on there.
Listen, I did play Imperial City since it released. Got less and less over the Years, because I see no point in doing it.
I do care about the Game and IC is part of that, but what you are saying is absolutely not thought through.
Your arguments make no sense:
"What do you win in Cyro?"
-What do you win in IC? In Cyro you gain Points, Scroll Boni, Transmutation Stones, Set Pieces, Emperor, Alliance Points etc. in total. Some of those you can get in IC too, yes. But not all.
"You've been switching Keeps back and forth since 2014."
-You've been doing the same with Flags since 2015.
If you pay any attention to the in-game quests and lore, it is perfectly obvious that the conflict in the IC is considered part of the Alliance War. This fact is only disputable by people who are willfully ignorant of the facts such as yourself. Just because YOU choose not to play there very much should not mean that OTHER players should not be rewarded properly and fully for their contribution to the Alliance War.
You get Tel Var, Cyro players don't, is it that hard to understand?
What does Tel Var have to do with campaign rewards? Why are you even mentioning it? The two things are not equivalent in any way.
If you want to win Tel Var by PvDooring and Rapid Regen spamming in your Cyrodiil horse simulation, then you are welcome to start your own thread to bring your desires to the attention of ZOS.
However, that has NOTHING to do with the issue in the original post. NOTHING.

Well, if that's true, then they need to FIX that, because we are fighting just as hard, if not harder, down here.
nosecookie wrote: »It has something to do with this thread. I mean you get at least Tel Var Stones in IC for being useless to the campaign effort.
All the others get their monthly rewards for not abandoning their factions instead. @Emma_Overload

I am mentioning it because if you would get Tel Var AND Transmutes at the same time there would be no reason to go to cyro anymore. But I feel like I am talking to a wall.
LOL, if there is "no reason to go to cyro anymore", then maybe they should just shut it down? As I noted in my original post, I didn't notice for MONTHS that I was getting cheated out of my 50 stone geodes, but recently I needed to do a lot of transmuting so I noticed. I absolutely do not play in the IC because of the Tel Var or the AP or Transmute geodes or Fragments or Gold or any other goofy in-game currency. I play in the IC because it's FUN. I simply object to being shafted on the campaign rewards that I feel I should be getting, which I did get every month for doing exactly the same activities.
If you didn't notice the loss, then why are you complaing?

If they did make it a campaign, would it a month long for cp, vs a week long one for no cp? This might make ic a bit less of a ghost town.

You weren't getting cheated, LOL. You simply didn't notice, how you perfectly said, that IC isn't part of a Campaign anymore. Which is your fault.
The Devs stated the Campaign Change in the Patch Notes also.😘

Nothing the devs said in any patch note said anything about me not getting my 50 stones geode, LOL. One month I was getting them as usual, and then.... nothing except the daily RotW.

Note: Home Campaign status is still needed for earning Leaderboard rewards at the end of Campaigns and participating in Emperorship leaderboards.

Are you participating in the Emperorship leaderboards in IC? Answer is no, you are not.
I am terribly sorry you weren't able to deduce this on your own and I hope this was helpful in your understanding of the matter.
As has been pointed out earlier in the thread and confirmed by me, they don't even offer you the option of choosing IC as your home campaign. Maybe if they fixed that issue, the proper rewards would start coming as expected.
You are making a huge assumption without any real basis that a simple change like this would make a difference. I doubt you know how Zos has coded the rewards. It is best to keep statements accurate and not state as fact what amounts to a baseless claim.

That's why I used the word "maybe", because I don't know what the effect of such a change would be.
I feel like I'm being "lawyered" to death, when this is really a simple issue about fairness: PvP activties on behalf of one's Alliance should carry the same rewards, regardless of where they occur. As long as I have a Blue shield above my head, i should get full credit for killing the Yellows and Reds.

The logical reason is that you get Tel Var in IC while in Cyro you don't. It would be unfair to have Transmutes aswell don't you think?
Not really. You are never guaranteed Tel Var from killing enemy players, because they might not have any. We get AP from killing enemy player just like you do, we capture objectives (flags) just like you do, and we "play the map" just like you do. The only difference is that the environment is obviously different, and we have to contend with aggro'd mobs, as well.
I repeat: there is no logical reason IC players should not be offered the same campaign rewards, and I have yet to see any sensible reason offered in this thread.
