Crash and Lock-ups

Since Friday, my wife and I are both experiencing lock-ups and crashes. I can't find any commonality between them, it seems random.

I forgot to mention, we're both running Alienware gaming laptops and I've noticed that the laptops are getting much hotter since the patch.

Both of us have the latest nvidia drivers.

Are these crashes happening while in Cyrodiil or in battlegrounds?
