It might be nice if there were some way they could indicate that issues have been seen or added to a backlog. Sometimes it seems like the whole section is a black hole where nothing is ever read.

I think the general forums need to be flooded with complaints about dots again.
Atleast attention was diverted from terrible combat changes to terrible performance.

I feel like there needs to be more of an incentive for people to go onto the PTS before new content is released, at the moment it just seems to be people who create content for YouTube, Twitch etc that use it. Maybe pay people a small fee to test the product before it's released to up the pressure the servers will come under to give a more realistic idea of performance.
I'm sure there is plenty of people out there who would be happy to sign up if they know they're going to get paid for it.
You could assign people to certain areas broken down into sub categories eg PVP, end-game PVE trials, PVE dungeons, and each class.
If possible, it should be tested on consoles too.
Hope you read this too.
Kind regards

ZOS_GinaBruno then why do we only see that few bug fixed every patch if we compare to the megaton we're reporting in game and on forums ?
It's about time to do a full "bug fixes" patch. Enough is enough, the game is very unstable and your loosing your customer base because you spend more time adding new content than taking time to stabilize the game.

A lot of people stopped testing because feedback is never acknowledged. Take the housing storage bug. It was reported over and over on PTS, still made it to live and, sure enough, the bug created a lot of problems that the team then had to deal with. That's not a "personal opinion" feedback or a "I hate change because of change" feedback. Legit bug that was never fixed in PTS cycle. That's one example. Why should people waste their time at that point?
Not to mention, it shouldn't fall to players to volunteer to be quality control for a AAA game. The PTS is nice but it should be a third or fourth line of testing after being created and tested in-house.
Good point, comrade.MentalxHammer wrote: »Why would we stop the bug/lag fix posts in general discussion when the general gameplay experience is flooded with lag and bugs????

It would be nice if the bug report section would have some feedback at the top of every thread.
Something like:
- new - entry has not yet been reviewed and seen by QA team
- more information required - if QA team can't work with the information provided - in this case giving out details what is missing would be extremely helpful
- acknowledged - QA team reviewed the thread and thinks there is enough information in there to investigate - at this stage it's in a backlog
- confirmed - QA team have enough evidence/was able to reproduce the issue - the bug is confirmed to be a bug
- rejected - QA team was not able to reproduce the bug / the behavior is intentional, not a bug
- duplicate - link to the original thread which reported the issue so everybody can keep commenting there
Guys do you really think @ZOS_GinaBruno can fix the server issues? wake up it's the devs work, they are only to blame.

Her job, as per ZOS official website, is "community manager". As such, we don't expect her to fix the servers, we do, however, expect her to relay information. Devs are probably busy breaking fixing stuff already, so they're not on the forums. Gina is supposed to be. Obviously not posting much, unlike many community managers in many companies around the world, but at the very least gathering infos to relay the important ones.
