  It's a niche set that had it's uses. It still performs in that area, altough will not save your back from a oneshot anymore... So I'd say it became weaker for the purpose it served.
  
  However: the original 5 piece bonus and the name of the set itself was a memento of the mechanics of the boss fight in HRC. It made sense. Now with this change, they gutted the set out, there's no point calling it Eternal Yokeda anymore and if you're pedantic, it does not make sense anymore why it drops in HRC...
  
  I know. Details, and who cares... but still. It's another conceptual thing that ZOS seems to start ignoring in their quest of "balance".

  I used it before the change, for pve, and I loved it, was super useful in many extreme situations. Now, it's like it lacks a five-pieces bonus.
