Ignore List is Full

I just hit my cap for the ignore list. This is just a bit unbelievable. Why is there no one monitoring the servers to deal with these sort of things? So much lack of service yet we're expected to pay for this on a monthly basis. Spammers have taken over the chat. Why is there even a cap? Are all these accounts on my ignore list still active? It's not even in order of when they were added but alphabetically. At least then I could start removing the oldest ones, because those guys have been banned, right? And if they were banned why are they still on my list?
Bad enough that all these reports are spamming my inbox, now I can't even stop the chat spam. Maybe with all the gold sellers, botters and spammers still running rampant it's better the game be shut down because they have obviously lost control of it. It's like I'm playing one of those cheap, foreign MMOs.

Winter-Time

Late lies the wintry sun a-bed,
A frosty, fiery sleepy-head;
Blinks but an hour or two; and then,
A blood-red orange, sets again.
Before the stars have left the skies,
At morning in the dark I rise;

Thick blows my frosty breath abroad;
And tree and house, and hill and lake,
Are frosted like a wedding cake.

✭✭✭✭✭Start deleting older ignores. The bots usually delete and remake characters frequently so any ignores from a week ago probably don't map to any existing characters anymore anyways ...

Branbran✭✭Yea, that was the first thing I tried to do but the ignore list is not in order of when they were put there but alphabetically. Was I supposed to track this on a separate spreadsheet? Also, they are ignored by their account and not character names. Which is just insane and shows how much ESO have been taken over.
Either these accounts aren't getting banned fast enough or ESO has a security problem that lets the spammers, botters and gold sellers have free accounts. Because $60 for each account to advertise a $5 transaction is just not fitting in any hole that makes any kind of sense.Winter-Time
