Pending transaction of paypal while purchased crowns.

I was order 5500 crowns and purchased via paypal 3 days ago, but for now the status of transaction is still pending for authorization and i don't receive any crowns.
How long until the crowns have been delivered? or If possible how can i refund this order and receive my money back?, because it report that transaction is waiting for authorize by "your company".
I was open ticket in support but it seem don't have any agents can help my case.
