Guild and guild bank

If i make a guild and get 10 people to get the bank will i lose the bank if the number of members drops below 10. I just want a private guild for 3 accounts.

Tiyamel✭✭✭Yep, i did exactly this and as soon as i booted the unneccesary characters out i lost access to my guild bank
