    - Main toon had no other negative effects
    other toons were never leveled just made as banks so i dont know if they lost skillpoints or not.


    Someone said earlier it seemed to happen along with the long load times and lag. They are speculating it may happen when you are placed on the overlfow server. Somehow your character info is reset to a degree .

    Missing bank slots, items, lost a *** ton of gold over 3 chars, and my issue has been flagged as 'SOLVED' while I'm still without my stocks, and as a crafter this mean 'unable to play' :/

    Adding my and spouses tickets, since I was also emailed over the weekend by the lack of support team indicating that my issues were solved:
    140409-054448 (was 140408-004183, but that was was marked 'solved' too)

    That tells you nothing. " We have scheduled the following maintenance times to address this issue" Ok great tomorrow it will be fixed! Wait read further on
    "We are trying to get a resolution on this so please be patient" I thought you resolved the issue and are putting in a patch at the times listed. Then you say we are trying to resolve this. Give a straight answer!!

    Take one of the CS reps to post somewhat frequently to let people know they are not forgotten.Something like this would go a long way to save face, keep customers informed, and keep your players happy.

We choose to do this so that the servers are not brought down for extended periods of time two days in a row. Although we hope this remedies the problem, until it is fully implemented we cannot guarantee the problem will not persist.     My response from cookie cutter customer service today says:
    ".....A fix for the issue regarding bank space is currently being investigated. We're confident at this time that no slots and no items have been lost, and that we will be able to return your belongings to you in a future patch.

    It's best that players don't purchase additional bank spaces, as they may be lost when this is fixed in an upcoming patch...."

    They may not be lost by the time you fix this issue, but not having access to 40 bank slots and 40 stacks of crafting items is a big loss.

    - "we will be able to return your belongings to you in a future patch"
    When will this patch happen?

    This seems to happen to me consistently between 8-9PM EDT during prime time, so I will be logging off and avoiding this time (even though that is the most convenient for me) until this is resolved 100%.

    Yesterday after returning from a three day camping trip I logged on to get research going, saw that I received all of the pre-order bonuses again and was hit with the bank bug. Definitely lost all gold in bank, bank slots and the money used to buy them, and materials that were in bank including yellow tempers.

    Ticket number is 140413-124​809.

    This was the response I received.

    We are confident at this time that no slots and no items have been lost, and that we will be able to return your belongings to you in a future patch. We recommend that you not purchase additional bank spaces, as they may be lost when this is fixed in an upcoming patch. If you are out of room and need to purchase more bank slots, please contact us once this issue is resolved, and we will be happy to assist you.

    I always felt bad for folks when I saw them hit with this bug. And now I've been hit with it, too.

    Went from 100 bank slots back to 60. I know I lost some racial motif books and a bunch of crafting supplies.

    My response from customer support when I mentioned I was missing crafting materials and crafted armor:

    "The workbench will show items that are currently stored in the players bank as being available to deconstruct. This is simply to save players time between going to their bank and back in order to deconstruct an item.

    You can differentiate between items that are held in your inventory and items that are in your bank, when you are at a crafting station, by looking at the tool tip that pops up when you hover over the item itself. Any bank slotted item will have a small Chest symbol and a number indicating which slot it is linked to. Any item that is on your characters bag inventory will have a bag symbol and a number also."


    Thank you Customer Service, I'm fully aware of being able to tell the difference between what's in my inventory and what's in my bank.

    I hope they have a fix for this soon, as I don't trust playing this character until it's fixed!

    So I try to ask a simple question like "should I be spending my skill points in the meantime before I get my original skill points restored?" and all I get is that same damn generic "we are fixing the bank slots issue". I DONT CARE ABOUT THE DAMN BANK SLOTS GIVE ME MY SKILL POINTS BACK. No feedback in the forums. Bullcrap auto-respond emails. WORST CS EVER!

    I've had just about enough of this crap. After repeated emails with Customer Support, they are now telling me how to go respec my skills. I'm not paying my gold to respec skills to regain skill points lost by a bug in the software.

    ZOS_JessicaFolsom... is there anything you can do to get some one to coach the Customer Support team? Can someone just respec my characters skills so I can go on and play my main character? I really don't care about the items. I just want the character fixed. The character name is in the original ticket request.

    Hello...?

    Is anyone even reading these emails? Twice now I have gotten a response with a form letter indicating that I should not buy bank storage, and that my items will be returned at some point.

    I'm not emailing about anything as petty as "stuff"!

    I am comfortable that the bank/items issue will be resolved and my items will be returned to me or I will be fairly compensated in some way. What I do not see you addressing is the fact that my skills and skill points are messed up. All of my skills have been untrained, but I only have 5 skill points available to me to spend. Character is level 16 and has collected all skyshards in the 3 zones he has played in so far.

    This has made my character unplayable.

    What are you going to do to get this addressed ?

    Bank slots and deposited gold are gone. When is this going to get fixed? I fee like I can't play the game properly until this is fixed.

    I think we deserve added game time. I don't even want to log in until this is fixed.

    I have had this happen 3 times now. It is connected to the sending of all the pre-order/Imperial digital items for me. My first ticket = Incident: 140403-053915 and my second = 140414-075269.

    Funny/sad thing is the response I received regarding the 1st ticket was customer support telling me how to change my account password - not sure at all what that had to do with my problem, so not much faith in the system.

    This is the ONE type of but that is intolerable because it is recurring.

    Not sure about others but I can say that if this isn't fixed by the time my 30 days finishes I WILL NOT SUB to this game. Very disappointed...

    Apparently the latest news is that this is being fixed in a patch during tomorrow's maintenance. I may just play Diablo 3 tonight, because the bug hasn't hit me yet, and if I can avoid it that would be nice. I work tomorrow, and maintenance will be over by the time I get home.

    Seriously, who is running things over there? How hard is it to come out and make a statement and give us at the minimum a DAILY update?

    Here's your yellow sticky: Yes, we have a solution. No, we don't have a solution, but we have some ideas. No, we don't have a solution, and are clueless as to where the problem lies, but will not give up until it's solved. How tough was that?

    The only thing worse than the bugs themsleves are the endless form letter replies and near total silence from their team. I want to keep playing, I enjoy the game, but ZOS is making it very hard to believe the support structure will be there in the future.

    They're going on two weeks with people affected by the more seirous bugs, such as bank, character resets, etc. I think it's time one of the head devs stepped out and made a statement.

    Back on topic, I'm still affected by the bug for a fourth time.

    Some of you guys really gotta roll back on the rage and insulting comments. These people aren't trying to make your experience any worse, they want happy customers, but when you guys start railing on them don't expect quality customer service back. They are real life people who have feelings, not mindless programming robots. There is a limit to how much crap they take. If you guys notice, they are only responding to people who are making respectable worthwhile posts not "ZOMG DAFK ESO WERST GAME NA, MAI BANK SLOT R MISSANG. GIMMEH 100K GOLD 2 FIX IT NAO."

    Keep up the QQ and it wouldn't surprise me if they just cut you off. It's common business practice to cut off bad customers because it's not worth the time and effort put in to satisfy said customer. Don't be that guy, if you don't like the service you get, politely say what you need to say then move on to a different game. Your $15 dollars a month isn't worth insulting, degrading and demeaning emails, tweets and forum posts. Because like you, they are human beings, not programming robots.

    While I agree with Hungryhippos that insulting people is never warranted, $15/month does justify a MMO providing it's players with an in game GM presence. That is not currently happening and we are within our rights to complain. I for one will not sub if there are not going to be active GM's in game that we are able to contact.

    Are you guys imperial or preorder players? A common symptom so far seems to be that people are receiving duplicate imperial and preorder items in the mail as the bug hits.

    If you are imperial or preorder I highly recommend removing ALL gold and all items in excess of 60 from your banks. Seriously. You can put them back when they fix it.
