I am so glad the SCHEDULED that considering that is the regular maintanence times.
Ok, it is obvious we are having very similar experiences right before the bug takes place. I am trying to wrap my head around what is triggering this. Since our questions are not being answered, and it appears that we are not being asked what led up to this to help solve the problem it is up to us to figure it out. Let see where the similarities overlap and where they do not and come to an educated guess.
At the time the bug happened I had
- 4 characters to hold items 2 ebonheart and 1 each of the others
- I had just created a guild
- I had just invited my first member
- got explorer pack, imperial and preorder rewards in the mail
- When I zoned into the bank area in Mournhold I had lost bank upgrades money and items from the bank only
- Main toon had no other negative effects
other toons were never leveled just made as banks so i dont know if they lost skillpoints or not.

Perhaps a good sign, maybe they'll actually fix the problem...
Adding my and spouses tickets, since I was also emailed over the weekend by the lack of support team indicating that my issues were solved:
140409-054448 (was 140408-004183, but that was was marked 'solved' too)
140409-008150
My wife has only upgraded to 80 slots on any of her Toons and has not had any issues as of yet. That should be made known..
