I'm not sure that's how I'd describe them. Violent racial supremacists who believe in strict control, even among dissenters of their own race. And they're willing to do just about anything to wipe out other inferior races (such as the "murder all the Argonians before they can be born" scheme in Shadowfen. Stuga, the daedric prince of hide and seek...

The people responsible for the Mass Genocide in Shadowfen are usually at the top of my list.

I've never experienced Stuga following me around town before, not entirely sure what' everyone is complaining about.

In Stonefalls at the Othrenis shrines ( that shrine symbol in the south), there is a quest from a lady to find the shrine of some dunmer noble. She was a "commoner" and he was a noble, and they were lovers. He died somehow, and she wanted to find his shrine. You encounter his ghost, and he says he was just playing with her because why would he be serious with a commoner. I decided to be honest to her, and told her what he said. Later on, I found her spirit at the side of the road. She killed herself. I wish I had the option to decimate that dude's shrine. I care more about getting that option then I care about pve-balance or whatever.
