Mannimarco- Yup, pretty evil. Willing to mass-sacrifice people to satisfy his God-ego.
Veiled Heritance- Racist extremists who most likely believe that what they are doing is right. The racist part sucks, but apart from that large detail, not as bad as some other examples.
Stuga- No words can describe this foul monstrosity.
Other- good and evil have always been quite subjective in TES. Some of Tamriel's greatest heroes did some REALLY scummy stuff.Struggling to find a new class to call home.Please send help.4 -
