    The main reason why I chose him over Molag Bal is because a daedric prince is just going by his/her nature. Mannimarco is a mortal who chose to be evil.

    Molag Bal is just what he is and always has been, but that guy... I mean, even before the whole soulburst thing he was a bit of a jerk, just find some of his earlier experiments of his time among the Psijics in Summerset (well, technically not exactly -in- summerset, but... you know...)

    Molag Bal- calling a Daedric Prince "evil" is like calling a volcano evil. They are what they are because that is what they must be.

    Mannimarco- Yup, pretty evil. Willing to mass-sacrifice people to satisfy his God-ego.

    Veiled Heritance- Racist extremists who most likely believe that what they are doing is right. The racist part sucks, but apart from that large detail, not as bad as some other examples.

    Stuga- No words can describe this foul monstrosity.

    Other- good and evil have always been quite subjective in TES. Some of Tamriel's greatest heroes did some REALLY scummy stuff.
